March 7, 2024: Arlington, TX 76014 Trinity Trojans (Euless, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Sam Houston Texans (Arlington, TX), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Trinity upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Trojans travel to Lamar (Arlington, TX) to battle the Vikings in a non-league test on Saturday, March 9. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 5-6. Lamar won 17-0 in their recent non-league test against South Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX)
With the defeat, Sam Houston falls to 2-10 on the season. The Texans travel to Bowie (Arlington, TX) to battle the Volunteers in a 6A Region I District 8 test on Tuesday, March 12. The Volunteers come into the test with a record of 10-3. Bowie won 6-4 in their recent non-league test against Wyatt (Fort Worth, TX)
