March 7, 2025: Brewster, WA 98812 Brewster Bears (Brewster, WA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Mabton Vikings (Mabton, WA), 53-45 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Brewster upgrades its record to 22-5 on the year. The Bears travel to Liberty (Spangle, WA) to face the Lancers in a non-league match on Saturday, March 8. The Lancers enter the match with a record of 23-8. Liberty lost 56-33 in their recent non-league match against Northwest Christian (Lacey, WA)
The Vikings now sport a 24-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Conner for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 11. Mabton will face a Braves squad coming off a 66-37 non-league loss to Mabton (Mabton, WA). The Braves record now stands at 13-12.
