March 11, 2025: Coldspring, TX 77331 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Coldspring-Oakhurst Trojans (Coldspring, TX) and the visiting Leon Cougars (Jewett, TX), saw Coldspring-Oakhurst's baseball team gain a win over Leon by a tally of 11-1.
The Trojans (5-9) will now prepare for their battle against Northside Falcons HomeSchool (Conroe, TX). The Falcons enter the non-league battle with a 16-3 record. In their last battle, Northside Falcons HomeSchool prevailed over Hudson (Lufkin, TX), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Cougars face the Bruceville-Eddy Eagles (Eddy, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 13. Leon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 3-7 record after their 9-6 non-league loss to Oglesby (Oglesby, TX).
