Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ) and the visiting Buckeye Hawks (Buckeye, AZ), observed Willow Canyon's volleyball team top Buckeye by a tally of 3-0.

The Wildcats (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Peoria (Peoria, AZ). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Peoria beat St. Mary's (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Hawks meet the Apollo Hawks (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 14. Buckeye will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Hawks enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ).
