March 13, 2025: Martinez, GA 30907 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Cardinal Newman Cardinals (Columbia, SC) and the host Augusta Christian Lions (Martinez, GA), saw Cardinal Newman's soccer squad triumph over Augusta Christian by a count of 8-0.
The Cardinals (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against James Island (Charleston, SC). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, James Island notched a victory over Chapin (Chapin, SC), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
