Tennessee High School Soccer - LaVergne knocks off Dickson County
March 13, 2025: LaVergne, TN 37086 The LaVergne Wolverines soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Dickson County Cougars to 0 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Thursday.
The Wolverines now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Smyrna for a AAA District 7 bout on Tuesday, March 18. LaVergne will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Giles County (Pulaski, TN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Dickson County moves to 3-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to David Crockett (Jonesborough, TN) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Friday, March 28. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
