The Stratford Knights softball team scored 20 runs and held the visiting Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes to 18 in the Knights non-league win on Friday.

The Knights now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James Island for a non-league battle on Monday, March 17. Stratford will confront a Trojans team coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to May River (Bluffton, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Ashley Ridge moves to 1-3 on the season. The Swamp foxes host Covenant Day (Matthews, NC) to confront the Lions in a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 19. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 6-1.
