Battle Mountain Huskies (Edwards, CO) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Mullen Mustangs (Denver, CO), 14-1 in a non-league battle.

The Huskies now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vail Mountain for a 4A Western battle on Friday, March 17. Battle Mountain will clash with a Gore Rangers squad coming off a 9-7 league loss to Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO). The Gore Rangers record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 16.
