The crowd at Saturday's league battle between the Upstate Eagles (Chesnee, SC) and the visiting Asheville Trailblazers Trailblazers (Asheville, NC), saw Upstate's baseball team gain a win over Asheville Trailblazers by a tally of 14-4.

The Eagles (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Greenville Hurricanes (Greenville, SC). The Hurricanes enter the Tri-State Independent battle with a 6-4 record.

Next, the Trailblazers face the Statesville Christian Lions (Statesville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 17. Asheville Trailblazers will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
