In Monday's non-league bout, the Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Goose Creek Gators (Goose Creek, SC), by a tally of 15-0.

Next up, the Lions encounter the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks (Mt. Pleasant, SC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 18. Covenant Day will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record. The Landsharks enter the bout with a 6-0 record after their 9-2 non-league win over Beaufort (Beaufort, SC).
