In Monday's non-league test, the Rock Hill Bearcats (Rock Hill, SC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting South Pointe Stallions (Rock Hill, SC), by a tally of 19-3.

Next, the Bearcats clash with the Fort Mill Yellow Jackets (Fort Mill, SC) in a AAAAA Region 3 test, on Tuesday, March 18. Rock Hill will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 7-5 non-league win over Chester (Chester, SC).

The Stallions (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Dreher (Columbia, SC). The Blue Devils go into the AAAA Region 3 test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Dreher was routed by Lancaster (Lancaster, SC), 8-1, in a league test.
