In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Upper St. Clair Panthers basketball team scored a close 53-49 win over the Garnet Valley Jaguars.

The Panthers (22-6) will now prepare for their contest against Perkiomen Valley (Collegeville, PA). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 29-3 record. In their last contest, Perkiomen Valley edged Archbishop Carroll (Radnor, PA), 52-45, in a non-league contest.
