March 21, 2025: The Plains, VA 20198 The Wakefield School Fighting Owls lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the visiting Lewis Lancers to 5 in the Fighting Owls non-league triumph on Friday.
The Fighting Owls now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Justice for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 26.
With the loss, Lewis falls to 0-3 on the year. The Lancers host Fairfax (Fairfax, VA) to clash with the Lions in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 26. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
