March 25, 2023: Brunswick, GA 31520 The Wando Warriors soccer team scored 5 points and limited the host Glynn Academy Terrors to 0 in the Warriors non-league victory on Saturday.
Next, the Warriors face the Goose Creek Gators (Goose Creek, SC) in a AAAAA Region 6 contest, on Tuesday, March 28. Wando will attempt to better on its 10-1 season record. The Gators enter the contest with a 7-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Cane Bay (Summerville, SC).
The Terrors now have a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Effingham for a 6A Region 2 contest on Tuesday, March 28. Glynn Academy will face a Mustangs team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Evans (Evans, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-7.
