South Carolina High School Lacrosse - Carolina Forest drops to Socastee

Socastee Braves (Myrtle Beach, SC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Carolina Forest Panthers (Myrtle Beach, SC), 18-5 in a league test.

The Braves now have a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. James for a 5A District 5 test on Wednesday, March 27. Socastee will face a Sharks squad coming off a 13-8 non-league win over James Island (Charleston, SC). The Sharks record now stands at 5-7.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Academic Magnet Raptors (North Charleston, SC) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 30. Carolina Forest will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Raptors come into the test with a 0-9 record after their 14-4 league loss to Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC).
