The Chartiers Valley Colts (Bridgeville, PA) baseball got by the visiting Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA), 5-4 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Colts now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hopewell for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 28. Chartiers Valley will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Beaver (Beaver, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-4.

With the defeat, Trinity drops to 1-2 on the year. The Hillers host Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA) to clash with the Black Hawks in a WPIAL 5A 2 challenge on Monday, March 31. The Black Hawks go into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Bethel Park won 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA)
