In Tuesday's league test, the Liberty Red Devils (Liberty, SC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Brashier Middle College Charter Bengal (Simpsonville, SC), by a count of 11-1.

Next, the Red Devils meet the Chesnee Eagles (Chesnee, SC) in a AA Region 1 test, on Thursday, March 27. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 6-6 record after their 10-7 non-league loss to Woodruff (Woodruff, SC).

The Bengal (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Southside Christian (Simpsonville, SC). The Sabres go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Southside Christian was routed by Palmetto (Williamston, SC), 17-2, in a league test.
