California High School Volleyball - Chula Vista nudged by Hoover
March 26, 2024: San Diego, CA 92115 The Hoover Cardinals volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Chula Vista Spartans to 2 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now possess a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a City Central game on Friday, March 29. Hoover will meet a Hornets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 12-13.
The Spartans (2-15) will now prepare for their game against High Tech CV (Chula Vista, CA). The Bruins enter the non-league game with a 1-8 record. In their last game, High Tech CV was nudged by Bayfront Charter (Chula Vista, CA), 3-2, in a league game.
