South Carolina High School Soccer - Wilson knocks off Lake City
March 26, 2025: Florence, SC 29506 The Wilson Tigers soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Lake City Panthers to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Tigers now hold a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Darlington for a AAAA Region 5 bout on Tuesday, April 1. Wilson will play a Falcons squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Crestwood (Sumter, SC). The Falcons record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Lake City moves to 0-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to Atlantic Collegiate Academy (Conway, SC) to play the Armada in a AA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, April 1. The Armada go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Atlantic Collegiate Academy won 10-0 in their recent league bout against Marion (Marion, SC)
