Ohio High School Softball - Northwest succumbs to Wheelersburg
March 26, 2025: Wheelersburg, OH 45694 In Wednesday's non-league test, the Wheelersburg Pirates (Wheelersburg, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Northwest Mohawks (McDermott, OH), by a tally of 11-1.
Next, the Pirates clash with the Dawson-Bryant Hornets (Coal Grove, OH) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 28. Wheelersburg will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Hornets go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 8-6 non-league win over Blazer (Ashland, KY).
The Mohawks (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Minford (Minford, OH). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Minford was routed by Symmes Valley (Willow Wood, OH), 17-3, in a non-league test.
