Kentucky High School Softball - Franklin County bounces Moore
March 27, 2024: Frankfort, KY 40601 Franklin County Flyers (Frankfort, KY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Moore Mustangs (Louisville, KY), 14-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Flyers now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Frankfort for a District 41 challenge on Thursday, March 28. Franklin County will face a Panthers squad coming off a 17-16 non-league loss to Thomas Nelson (Bardstown, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Moore falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Waggener (Louisville, KY) to face the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 27. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 1-0.
