The South Florence Bruins baseball team scored 19 runs and held the host Darlington Falcons to 4 in the Bruins league win on Thursday.

The Bruins now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host East Clarendon for a non-league test on Friday, March 28. South Florence will play a Wolverines team coming off a 10-7 non-league win over Hannah-Pamplico (Pamplico, SC). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-4.

With the defeat, Darlington drops to 1-7 on the year. The Falcons host Lower Richland (Hopkins, SC) to play the Diamond Hornets in a 4A Region 5 test on Friday, April 4. The Diamond Hornets go into the test with a record of 3-4. Lower Richland lost 21-1 in their recent league test against Hartsville (Hartsville, SC)
