Georgia High School Soccer - Jefferson County nudges Dublin
March 27, 2025: Dublin, GA 31021 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Jefferson County Warriors (Louisville, GA) and the host Dublin Fighting Irish (Dublin, GA), saw Jefferson County's soccer squad hold off Dublin by a score of 2-1.
The Warriors (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Thomson (Thomson, GA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Thomson was edged by Lincoln County (Lincolnton, GA), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Fighting Irish confront the Dodge County Indians (Eastman, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 2 battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Dublin will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 7-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Bleckley County (Cochran, GA).
