Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ), 15-5 in a league test.

With the win, Mountain Pointe upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Pride travel to Marcos de Niza (Tempe, AZ) to battle the Padres in a non-league test on Thursday, March 30. The Padres come into the test with a record of 0-5. Marcos de Niza lost 16-2 in their recent league test against Arcadia (Phoenix, AZ)

With the defeat, Higley falls to 4-2 on the season. The Knights travel to Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ) to battle the Huskies in a test on Thursday, March 30. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 1-1.
