South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Church Point Bears (Church Point, LA), 9-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, South Beauregard upgrades its record to 20-3 on the season. The Knights travel to Lutcher (Lutcher, LA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, April 1. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 17-6. Lutcher lost 8-3 in their recent non-league test against Hahnville (Boutte, LA)

With the defeat, Church Point falls to 10-13 on the season. The Bears host St. Edmund (Eunice, LA) to battle the Fighting Blue Jays in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 2. The Fighting Blue Jays come into the test with a record of 14-6. St. Edmund won 13-8 in their recent league test against Sacred Heart (Ville Platte, LA)
