March 28, 2024: Chula Vista, CA 91911 The Chula Vista Spartans held off the visiting High Tech CV Bruins volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Spartans now have a 3-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Castle Park for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 2. Chula Vista will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Gompers Prep Academy (San Diego, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-7.
With the loss, High Tech CV drops to 1-9 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Calvin Christian (Escondido, CA) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 2. The Crusaders come into the match with a record of 2-9. Calvin Christian lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Crawford (San Diego, CA)
