In Friday's league test, the Cedar Reds (Cedar City, UT) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Dixie Flyers (St. George, UT), by a tally of 12-0.

Next, the Reds meet the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs (Washington, UT) in a 4A Region 9 test, on Tuesday, April 1. Cedar will attempt to advance on its 14-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the test with a 5-8 record after their 4-2 league loss to Desert Hills (St. George, UT).

The Flyers (6-13) will now prepare for their test against Moapa Valley (Overton, NV). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record.
