The Moreau Catholic Mariners topped the visiting El Cerrito Gauchos volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Mariners confront the American Eagles (Fremont, CA) in a Mission Valley game, on Tuesday, April 1. Moreau Catholic will attempt to advance on its 16-2 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 3-3 record after their 3-1 league loss to Irvington (Fremont, CA).

The Gauchos (14-6) will now prepare for their game against Saint Mary's (Albany, CA). The Panthers go into the Tri-County game with a 6-10 record. In their last game, Saint Mary's was dropped by Vacaville Christian (Vacaville, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
