Wisconsin High School Softball - Thorp bounces Mellen
March 29, 2025: Thorp, WI 54771 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Thorp Cardinals softball team scored a nice 26-7 victory over the Mellen Granite Diggers.
The Cardinals (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Eleva-Strum (Strum, WI). The Cardinals go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Eleva-Strum was routed by Ellsworth (Ellsworth, WI), 19-3, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Granite Diggers battle the Hurley Northstars (Hurley, WI) in a Northern Lights match, on Tuesday, April 8. Mellen will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record.
