Florida High School Flag Football - Miami can't hold off Homestead
March 31, 2025: Homestead, FL 33032 Homestead Broncos (Homestead, FL) followers went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team tip the visiting Miami Stingarees (Miami, FL), 2-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Homestead advances its record to 7-3 on the season. The Broncos travel to Northwestern (Miami, FL) to play the Bulls in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. The Bulls go into the battle with a record of 6-1. Northwestern lost 12-6 in their recent non-league battle against Edison (Miami, FL)
The Stingarees now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Lake Minneola for a non-league battle on Friday, April 4. Miami will play a Hawks team coming off a 21-0 non-league win over East Ridge (Clermont, FL). The Hawks record now stands at 11-0.
