In Tuesday's league test, the Blacksburg Wildcats (Blacksburg, SC) softball squad overwhelmed the host Liberty Red Devils (Liberty, SC), by a count of 18-3.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Brashier Middle College Charter Bengal (Simpsonville, SC) in a AA Region 1 test, on Thursday, April 3. Blacksburg will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Bengal go into the test with a 3-9 record after their 18-2 league loss to Chesnee (Chesnee, SC).

The Red Devils (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Landrum (Landrum, SC). The Cardinals go into the AA Region 1 test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Landrum was routed by Blue Ridge (Greer, SC), 12-2, in a non-league test.
