The North Central Knights the visiting Chesterfield Golden Rams softball squad by a count of 4-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Buford Yellow Jackets (Lancaster, SC) in a challenge, on Friday, April 4. North Central will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the challenge with a 9-1 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Lancaster (Lancaster, SC).

With the loss, Chesterfield moves to 3-3 on the season. The Golden rams travel to Hartsville (Hartsville, SC) to confront the Red Foxes in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 3.
