The DeSoto Central Jaguars softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Lewisburg Patriots to 4 in the Jaguars league win on Tuesday.

The Jaguars now possess a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hernando for a 7A Region 1 battle on Tuesday, April 8.

With the loss, Lewisburg moves to 14-10 on the season. The Patriots travel to Hernando (Hernando, MS) to confront the Tigers in a 7A Region 1 battle on Thursday, April 3. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 20-0. Hernando won 11-3 in their recent league battle against Oxford (Oxford, MS)
