In Wednesday's non-league test, the Rock Hill Bearcats (Rock Hill, SC) softball squad overwhelmed the host South Pointe Stallions (Rock Hill, SC), by a count of 22-10.

Next, the Bearcats meet the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) in a AAAAA Region 3 test, on Friday, April 4. Rock Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Blue Eagles go into the test with a 9-7 record after their 5-1 league win over Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC).

The Stallions (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Richland Northeast (Columbia, SC). The Cavaliers go into the AAAA Region 3 test with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Richland Northeast toppled South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC), 12-11, in a league test.
