Louisiana High School Baseball - East Iberville loses to Ascension Catholic
April 6, 2023: Donaldsonville, LA 70346 The Ascension Catholic Bulldogs crushed the visiting East Iberville Tigers baseball team by a count of 16-1 in Thursday's league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 16-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to East St. John for a non-league bout on Monday, April 10. Ascension Catholic will face a Wildcats team coming off a 9-2 league loss to Bourgeois (Gray, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-16.
Next, the Tigers face the Family Christian Flames (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 10. East Iberville will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Flames enter the bout with a 10-11 record after their 12-4 non-league loss to Episcopal (Baton Rouge, LA).
