Northeast Academy Eagles (Lasker, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Ridgecroft Rams (Ahoskie, NC), 6-1 in a league test.

With the win, Northeast Academy upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Eagles host Ahoskie Christian (Ahoskie, NC) to battle the in a non-league test on Monday, April 10. The come into the test with a record of 5-1. Ahoskie Christian won 6-3 in their recent league test against Community Christian (Wilson, NC)

With the defeat, Ridgecroft falls to 0-4 on the season. The Rams travel to Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC) to clash with the Raiders in a NCISAA Tarheel game on Monday, April 24. The Raiders go into the game with a record of 7-3.
