The North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC) baseball trounced the visiting St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC), 9-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Chiefs now own a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Myrtle Beach for a 5A Region 5 challenge on Monday, April 14. North Myrtle Beach will clash with a Seahawks team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Seahawks record now stands at 7-12.
