The Bushland Falcons baseball team scored 34 runs and held the host River Road Wildcats to 2 in the Falcons league win on Friday.

The Falcons now hold a 13-10 record. They take the field next when they host Childress for a 3A Region I District 1 test on Tuesday, April 15. Bushland will play a Bobcats team coming off a 14-13 league loss to Dalhart (Dalhart, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 10-9.

With the defeat, River Road drops to 4-12 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Tulia (Tulia, TX) to play the Hornets in a 3A Region I District 1 test on Tuesday, April 15. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 13-7. Tulia lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Bushland (Bushland, TX)
