Texas High School Softball - Boerne-Champion bounces Pieper
April 12, 2024: Boerne, TX 78006 Spectators at Friday's league match between the Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX) and the visiting Pieper Warriors (San Antonio, TX), witnessed Boerne-Champion's softball squad prevail over Pieper by a count of 13-5.
The Chargers now sport a 11-11 record. They play next when they travel to Smithson Valley for a 5A Region IV District 26 match on Tuesday, April 16. Boerne-Champion will face a Rangers squad coming off a 8-6 league win over Canyon (New Braunfels, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 24-6.
With the loss, Pieper moves to 7-25 on the season. The Warriors travel to Tivy (Kerrville, TX) to face the Antlers in a 5A Region IV District 26 match on Tuesday, April 16. The Antlers go into the match with a record of 17-6. Tivy won 4-3 in their recent league match against Wagner (San Antonio, TX)
