In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Hampshire Trojans baseball team scored a close 8-4 win over the Grafton Bearcats.

The Trojans (2-9) will now prepare for their game against Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV). The Big Reds go into the non-league game with a 2-8 record. In their last game, Parkersburg nudged Marietta (Marietta, OH), 9-5, in a non-league game.
