Wisconsin High School Softball - Colfax bounces Glenwood City
April 13, 2023: Colfax, WI 54730 Colfax Vikings (Colfax, WI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Glenwood City Hilltoppers (Glenwood City, WI), 15-5 in a league challenge.
The Vikings now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Spring Valley for a Dunn - St. Croix challenge on Friday, April 14. Colfax will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Elmwood/Plum City (Elmwood, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Glenwood City falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers travel to Elk Mound (Elk Mound, WI) to face the Mounders in a Dunn - St. Croix challenge on Friday, April 14. The Mounders enter the challenge with a record of 3-0. Elk Mound won 6-2 in their recent league challenge against Boyceville (Boyceville, WI)
