Maryland High School Lacrosse - Loyola Blakefield holds off McDonogh
April 14, 2023: Towson, MD 21204 The Loyola Blakefield Dons (Towson, MD) lacrosse tipped the visiting McDonogh Eagles (Owings Mills, MD), 14-13 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Loyola Blakefield upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Dons host Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD) to battle the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 29. The Cavaliers go into the outing with a record of 1-2. Archbishop Spalding lost 9-8 in their recent non-league outing against Kent Island (Stevensville, MD)
With the defeat, McDonogh drops to 3-1 on the season. The Eagles host Mount St. Joseph (Baltimore, MD) to battle the Gaels in a MIAA A - Red outing on Tuesday, April 25. The Gaels go into the outing with a record of 7-5.
