Sickles Gryphons (Tampa, FL) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Robinson Knights (Tampa, FL), 6-5 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Sickles upgrades its record to 12-9 on the year. The Gryphons travel to Tampa Bay Tech (Tampa, FL) to play the Titans in a non-league game on Thursday, April 16. The Titans enter the game with a record of 8-4. Tampa Bay Tech won 19-11 in their recent non-league game against Brandon (Brandon, FL)

The Knights now own a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Seminole for a non-league game on Wednesday, April 15. Robinson will play a Seminoles squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Clearwater Central Catholic (Clearwater, FL). The Seminoles record now stands at 12-6.
