April 15, 2025: Scranton, AR 72863 The Norfork Panthers (Norfork, AR) baseball the host Scranton Rockets (Scranton, AR), 10-5 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 18-4 record. They take the field next when they host Calico Rock for a 1A Region 2 challenge on Thursday, April 17. Norfork will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 8-3 league loss to Concord (Concord, AR). The Pirates record now stands at 6-9.
With the defeat, Scranton drops to 7-6 on the year. The Rockets host Magazine (Magazine, AR) to clash with the Rattlers in a 1A Region 4 challenge on Thursday, April 17. The Rattlers go into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Magazine won 17-0 in their recent league challenge against Western Yell County (Havana, AR)
