Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Oak Glen Golden Bears (New Cumberland, WV) and the visiting Brooke Bruins (Wellsburg, WV), witnessed Oak Glen's softball squad prevail over Brooke by a count of 13-1.

The Golden Bears now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Steubenville for a Ohio Valley Athletic AAAAA test on Wednesday, April 17. Oak Glen will encounter a Big Red team coming off a 16-9 non-league win over Southeast (Ravenna, OH). The Big Red record now stands at 9-4.

The Bruins (0-16) will now prepare for their test against Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV). The Patriots come into the Two Rivers test with a 8-12 record. In their last test, Wheeling Park overcame Parkersburg South (Parkersburg, WV), 7-6, in a league test.
