Texas High School Softball - Canyon bounces Pampa
April 16, 2024: Canyon, TX 79015 The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the Canyon Eagles (Canyon, TX) and the visiting Pampa Harvesters (Pampa, TX), saw Canyon's softball squad achieve victory over Pampa by a count of 11-0.
The Eagles now sport a 14-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hereford for a 4A Region I District 4 match on Friday, April 19. Canyon will face a Whitefaces squad coming off a 12-1 league loss to Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Whitefaces record now stands at 6-19.
With the loss, Pampa falls to 11-9 on the campaign. The Harvesters host Dumas (Dumas, TX) to face the Demons in a 4A Region I District 4 match on Friday, April 19. The Demons enter the match with a record of 21-4. Dumas won 25-1 in their recent league match against Borger (Borger, TX)
