April 19, 2025: Baton Rouge, LA 70807 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Archbishop Chapelle Chipmunks (Metairie, LA) and the host Scotlandville Hornets (Baton Rouge, LA), observed Archbishop Chapelle's softball team notch a victory over Scotlandville by a final score of 17-0.
The Chipmunks (16-12) will now prepare for their bout against Ponchatoula (Ponchatoula, LA). The Green Wave go into the non-league bout with a 18-11 record. In their last bout, Ponchatoula gained a win over Northlake Christian (Covington, LA), 9-3, in a non-league bout.
