Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Penn-Trafford overwhelms Greater Latrobe
April 22, 2025: Latrobe, PA 15650 In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Penn-Trafford Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-7 triumph over the Greater Latrobe Wildcats.
The Warriors (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA). The Panthers go into the WPIAL 2A 1 battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Franklin Regional edged Greensburg Central Catholic (Greensburg, PA), 17-1, in a league battle.
The Wildcats now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Fayette for a WPIAL 2A 1 battle on Thursday, April 24. Greater Latrobe will encounter a Lions team coming off a 15-2 league win over Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA). The Lions record now stands at 11-0.
