The Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA) lacrosse nudged the host Rockbridge County Wildcats (Lexington, VA), 10-9 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Knights now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salem for a River Ridge outing on Tuesday, April 29. Cave Spring will face a Spartans squad coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Rockbridge County falls to 3-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA) to face the Bishops in a non-league outing on Friday, April 25.
