South Carolina High School Soccer - Easley nudges Greenville Hurricanes
April 23, 2025: Easley, SC 29642 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Easley Green Wave (Easley, SC) and the visiting Greenville Hurricanes Hurricanes (Greenville, SC), saw Easley's soccer squad hold off Greenville Hurricanes by a count of 2-1.
The Green Wave (5-10) will now prepare for their battle against Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC). The Rams enter the AAAAA Region 1 battle with a 7-11 record. In their last battle, Hillcrest was edged by J.L. Mann (Greenville, SC), 5-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Hurricanes confront the Providence Panthers (Lexington, SC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 25. Greenville Hurricanes will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 7-8 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Newberry (Newberry, SC).
